At around 17:00 on December 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) decided to build a loan as a partnership business within the “E Real Estate office operated by the Defendant,” and (b) decided by the Victim F on the ground that the Defendant entered into a mixed contract with the victim on the ground that he entered into such mixed contract; (c) the Defendant “private life is in in bad faith”; (d) the Defendant sleeped the victim’s right-hand arms; and (e) the Defendant slicked the victim’s knives, and inflicted an injury on the victim by taking the victim’s right-hand arms for about six (6) weeks.

Although there was such injury as the act of the defendant, it seems that there was no room for the victim to escape from the behavior of the defendant, the result seems to have been more significant than when the victim filed against the person who did not commit the act of the defendant.

In addition, in consideration of the defendant's age, sex, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, and all of the sentencing conditions recorded in the records of this case, such as the circumstances after the crime, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
