A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

"2019 Highest 1279"

1. On August 29, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:00, Defendant B was driven by a rocketing car and operated the front road in the north-gu D at the port from “F apartment” side to “F apartment” side in the direction of “F apartment” from the right side to “F apartment” side in the direction of “F apartment”, and the Defendant was unable to confirm Hyst or other taxi driven by G driving in the direction of “F apartment” from the “F apartment” side to the “F apartment” side, and was faced with the front part of the right side of the said G taxi.

However, immediately after the above accident, the Defendant stated that “A, a passenger of the above vehicle, caused an accident by a third party, would be problematic, and the president (A) would have caused an accident while driving the vehicle. There is a prosecutor who is also driving a vehicle. There is a prosecutor who has taken the part in a money, and deducts an attorney from it.” The above A is driving under the influence of alcohol as above.

In spite of the fact that there was no accident, the police officer sent to the site voluntarily testified to drive the vehicle, and thereafter the police station is present at the police station and drive the vehicle in drinking condition as above.

In order to make false statements as if the accident occurred.

Accordingly, A, on August 29, 2018, is driving on his/her own to the police officers of the I police box dispatched to the scene of the relevant accident at around 01:21 on the day of the accident.

He was the driver who caused the accident, and thereafter responded to the measurement of alcohol (0.151% of blood alcohol level) on September 7, 2018, he stated to the effect that he was killed while driving C rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol around August 29, 2018 in the process of voluntarily attending the guard and traffic of the Gyeongbuk Port Police Station in the center of the north-gu, 331 on September 7, 2018 and undergoing an investigation as a suspect.

Accordingly, the defendant has the above A's penalty more than fine.
