A. The party status 1) Defendant Social Welfare Foundation AH (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”)

(1) AJ (AJ on May 29, 199; hereinafter “AJ”) is a social welfare foundation established on May 22, 2003 based on the Social Welfare Services Act.

(3) Disabled short-term protection facilities (L on April 201, 201, hereinafter referred to as “AL”), AK (K on August 1, 2001, hereinafter referred to as “AL”).

(4) AM (AM, September 2, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “AM”) in weekly protection facilities for persons with disabilities.

(5) Persons with disabilities, facilities for the sale of products manufactured by persons with disabilities (N on September 2, 2002, hereinafter referred to as "N").

Defendant AI is a corporation operating the business. Defendant AI is a person who has served as the representative director of the Defendant corporation (from the time of the establishment of the said corporation until December 10, 2013), and has served as the president of the AJ, AL, and N (from the time of the establishment of each of the above facilities to December 10, 2013) among the facilities operated by the Defendant corporation. AO is a parent of Defendant AI, who has served as the president of AK and the secretariat of the said facilities, and AP and Q are working as a social rehabilitation teacher at the facilities operated by the Defendant Corporation. 2) The Plaintiffs are disabled persons using the facilities operated by the Defendant Corporation or their families, and their specific contents are as follows:
