Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, it is just for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the defendant on the ground that the defendant's act committed assault and obstruction of business among the facts charged in this case was a justifiable act on the ground that there was no proof of the crime. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles as to the act of false facts or by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
