1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,979,452 as well as the interest rate from July 22, 2019 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. From February 27, 2019 to July 21, 2019, the interest limit rate of KRW 25% per annum from February 27, 2019 to July 21, 2019, which was the date of loan for the loan of KRW 30,000,000 (=30,000,000 x 0.25 x 145/365 x 145/365) during which the agreement was made on July 21, 2019 to cover KRW 4,00,000 (=30,000,000 - 28,000 - 4,000 - 289,452 (2,979,452), the remainder after the agreement was first appropriated for the loan of KRW 30,00,000). Therefore, the portion in the Plaintiff’s claim exceeds the interest limit of KRW 297,42529,2529.25.
