1. The defendant shall order the plaintiff each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, indicated in the attached Form C on the ground of Busan Seo-gu C.
Reasons
1. The building mentioned in Paragraph 1 of the main text of the facts constituting the claim is owned by the plaintiff, and the defendant occupies the above building.
On March 20, 2017, the Defendant agreed to deliver the said building to the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment made by deeming confession (Article 208 (3) 2, and Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
