1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 5, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 7, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 52 million to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 2.3% (one million won per month) and on January 1, 2015. The Defendant is in arrears with the amount of KRW 41 million, excluding KRW 11 million, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 41 million and delay damages.
