Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a representative director of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B and C corporation with the second floor, who runs a construction business using four regular workers.
The Defendant is working in the foregoing workplace from June 1, 201 to August 1, 2012.
D's wages of 3, 4, and 5 March 2012, each of 3 million won for each of 3,00,000 won was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement, which is the date of the occurrence of the cause for payment, without a mutual agreement between the parties concerned.
