Punishment of the crime
On June 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Western District Court for fraud and on October 24, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence.

Around March 20, 2012, the Defendant stated, via C, that “Around June 2012, the Defendant would allow the victim D, who was a Chosan Military unit, to operate a liquor store within the Pyeongtaek-si Military unit, if he/she transferred to Pyeongtaek-si around June 2012. The Defendant would allow him/her to operate a liquor store within the Pyeongtaek-si Military unit from June 2012, when he/she transferred to Pyeongtaek-si in June 2012.”
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to lease the liquor store of the military unit to the victim.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained KRW 6 million from the victim on March 20, 2012, and KRW 2.6 million on March 21, 2012 from the victim to the bank account in the name of C, and acquired KRW 8.6 million in total.
2. Around the end of April 2012, the Defendant stated that the victim C referred to in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Apartment-dong 2510, and that “B shall be the master of the U.S. military unit, the commander of the Dong 2, 2000 U.S. military unit, and when the U.S. military unit located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government moves to Pyeongtaek-si, the cafeteria, X, foreign exchange, etc. will be removed.”
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to dispare the right to operate the military unit.
Ultimately, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim on May 3, 2012, and acquired it by deception.
[2013dan765] The Defendant, through C, who was dead at the time of February 21, 2012, ordered C to perform funeral services for selling drinking water in Pyeongtaek-si U.S. military base.
In order to perform funeral services in Pyeongtaek-si U.S. military base cocoon, first of all, a military unit should be allowed to enter the military unit in mind, and the cost is 1.5 million won.
