A. On December 16, 2010, the Plaintiff decided to install a self-reader in operating a window in Jinju-si, and prepared D and product sales contract (Evidence A) with the business operator of the K-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government Co., Ltd., and upon examining the text of the contract, “B Co., Ltd. in Mapo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government” is printed on the left-hand side of the lower-hand side of the contract, and “sale (branch) address, trade name, representative, and TRL is printed on the lower-hand side of the contract, and then the stamp stamp stating the business registration number, address, representative director’s name, etc. of the K-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government Co., Ltd., affixed on the lower-hand side of the contract, and then the stamp stamp affixed on the lower-hand side of the case.

B. The above product sales contract states that “a certificate of seal imprint (for purposes: notarial acts for purchase of goods)” is required, and the Plaintiff obtained a certificate of seal imprint (Evidence No. 1) from December 16, 2010 at the time of the contract and issued it to D.

In addition to the above certificate of seal impression, there is no certificate of seal impression issued by the defendant directly or separately for the preparation of the notarial deed in this case.

C. When the Defendant sells a self-market through a sales agency, he/she shall manage the transaction by means of collecting blank delegation forms and blank commitment bills, and the sales partner D of the instant case had the Plaintiff affixed his/her signature and seal on blank delegation forms and blank commitment bills, and deliver them to the Defendant.

After doing so, the defendant arbitrarily filled up the blank delegation sheet with which the plaintiff's signature and seal is affixed (No. 5-1, No. 5-1, hereinafter "the letter of delegation of this case") and blank Promissory Notes (No. 3, hereinafter "the bill of this case") as KRW 5,940,000 on the amount column around February 8, 201, and then a notary public requested a law firm to prepare a notarial deed as the plaintiff's agent.

E. According to the above commission, the date of issuance of February 8, 201, and the date of payment at sight is 5,940,000 won for the Promissory Notes.
