A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
On January 18, 2017, at around 21:35, the Defendant assaulted the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the report of 112 case by assaulting the police officer, “I will see whether I will die with the 10th leth leth leth leth leth leths,” which is the security guard belonging to the police officer of the Dong patrol team called “I will see if I will die with the 112th leth leth leth leth leth leth leth leth.”
