1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 4, 2018 to June 20, 2019.
Reasons
1. On January 24, 2018, the Plaintiff paid KRW 200,000 to the Defendant with the indication of the claim.
Although the Defendant agreed to pay the said money to the Plaintiff by December 3, 2018, the Defendant does not pay the said money to the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendant is claiming for the said money and the damages for delay from the day following the payment deadline.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
