Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

A. The defendant is a part of the door organized for the purpose of promoting K's 2 years of age as a joint line to promote the protection of graves, salivists, and descendants' friendship, and the plaintiff is the defendant's 9 years of age as the defendant's head.

B. The main contents of the Defendant’s rules (hereinafter “instant rules”) are as follows.

Article 17. The president of the plenary session shall exercise overall control over affairs on behalf of the principal session, shall convene and preside over the general meeting (regular and extraordinary general meeting), the board of directors, and shall convene and preside over various meetings, shall handle matters requiring urgency for the operation of this session and obtain the consent of the

Article 25 The ordinary general meeting shall be held on October 5 of each year, and the extraordinary general meeting shall be held within 15 days when the president, not less than 2/3 of directors and not less than 1/5 of the subordinate members request it, if necessary at the regular meeting.

Article 31 Items to be asked at General Meeting are as follows:

1. The election of officers, (the title);

7. Matters to be resolved by the board of directors under Article 32 on approval of the reward and punishment;

6. A member subject to disciplinary action in Article 41 above shall not be elected as an executive officer and shall not be involved in all operations of the union;

Article 42 Disciplinary Action against the plenary session shall be decided by the board of directors.

C. The plaintiff is the president at the ordinary meeting of November 21, 2009 of the defendant (as to the sound history, October 5, 2009).
