C. The content of an interview with Defendant D’s current events program “H” from “H” to “H on February 6, 2013, and Defendant C, as the subject of “five-dimensional inter-Korean couple” was broadcasted (hereinafter “instant broadcast”).

In the broadcast of this case, the conversations between Defendant C is deemed to be the order of so-called "five North Korean married couple" by Defendant C (class 1: J, K married couple, Grade 2: L, M married couple, Grade 3: the Plaintiffs couple, Grade 4: N, P,O, Grade 5: P, Q couple) and the body of persons in the reverse order from Grade 5. The detailed contents are as shown in the attached record.

Among them, the part mainly referred to the plaintiffs is "*.3.*".

On the other hand, during the instant broadcast, Defendant C introduced “pro-North husband and wife” according to the order of priority, each of the following parts: (a) the face pictures and names of the persons designated as “five-North husband and wife” (the face pictures and names of the persons indicated as “pro-North husband and wife” by Defendant C are recorded according to the order of priority; and (b) the contents of the pictures were removed; (c) the contents of the broadcasts were cleeped from the screen to the “pro-North husband and wife,” and (d) the form of the said set was shown on the screen in which the broadcast would be click.

In the above process, the plaintiffs' face photographs were also appearing in the broadcasting screen.

On the other hand, most of the screen of the instant broadcast is placed at the bottom of the caption containing the phrase “five-dimensional couple”.
