1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 110,439,834 and KRW 102,315,287 among the Defendants. < Amended by Act No. 1320, Mar. 23, 2015>
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the term "creditor" shall be changed to "Plaintiff", and "debtor" to "Defendant", respectively, and in accordance with Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate after October 1, 2015 shall be 15 percent per annum.
