1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from July 1, 2017 to August 7, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On December 4, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased KRW 301, 200,000 from the Defendant for KRW 70,00,00, and paid the said deposit to the Defendant; and (b) on June 30, 2017, the contract was terminated upon the expiration of the above lease agreement; (c) the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the said deposit amount of KRW 70,00,000,000 and damages for delay.
