1. Any person who takes over an automobile in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority;

On May 2014, the Defendant acquired the CM5 car from the first half of the 50th century, which was located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City and other village, to 300,000 won and did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant acquired the CM5 car from the first half of the 50th century, whose name

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) acquired a passenger car from a man of the 30 middle group, whose name cannot be known at the above apartment parking lot; and (b) did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired it from a man of the 3

2. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 8, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license on April 17:05, 2015, driven a driver’s vehicle using a gallon that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km section from the SK Haak Halllla located in the Bacheon-si, Hacheon-si, Bacheon-si, to the front road of the YYY.

B. On March 2, 2016, at around 17:25, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a CMF5 car not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 500 meters section to the road located at approximately 132 roads, from the roads located in the TMF in the Sinsan-si, the Gyeonggi-si without a driver’s license, to the same Sinsan-si.
