2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 23, 2003, the Plaintiff provided a credit guarantee for the U.S. loans to a national bank of the non-party E Co., Ltd. (the representative D, hereinafter referred to as “E”) under the joint and several guarantee guarantee of B, C, and D, but on April 12, 2005, the Plaintiff subrogated to the national bank of KRW 101,036,782 on August 24, 2005, based on the wind of the guarantee accident where E is unable to repay its loan obligations.

B. As to the above claim for reimbursement, the Plaintiff filed a claim suit against E, etc. by the Seoul Central District Court No. 2005Gahap81255, Dec. 29, 2005, and the Plaintiff jointly and severally rendered a favorable judgment with respect to the payment of damages for delay of KRW 102,074,682 and KRW 101,036,782 among them.

The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
