The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving the Cknife vehicle.

On August 13, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.427% of alcohol concentration, and led the vehicle to proceed two lanes at a speed of about 60 km in speed from the direction of the city of the Gu to the direction of the Corporation at the speed of about 0 km.
