The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the traffic accident in this case occurred due to the negligence of D, the driver of the vehicle on which the victim gets on board, and the judgment of the court below which found guilty of the facts charged in this case without negligence by the defendant was erroneous and adversely affected the conclusion of the judgment (the defendant's defense counsel has made an improper assertion of sentencing on the grounds of appeal, but this does not mean that the defendant's 20-day period for submitting the appeal from September 19, 2016, which is the due date for submitting the reasoning of the appeal, is too excessive and is not the ground for appeal).
