Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) is between the victim C (nives, 48 years of age) and the Defendant maintained his/her annual relationship from March 2015 to February 2017.
