Basic Facts
On July 20, 2017, the Plaintiff is a patient suffering from cerebral cerebral cerebral d and hospitalized at the E Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) on July 20, 2017 and showing symptoms, such as the current dynasium.
The defendant B is the employer of the medical staff of the defendant hospital with the intention to operate the defendant hospital, and the defendant C is the doctor on duty of the defendant hospital at the time when cerebral blood transfusion occurred to the plaintiff.
