1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;
2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Around June 2014, the Defendant became aware of the victim C (V, 16 years of age) who was a friend juvenile from home, through the friend that he was living together with the Defendant around June 2014. Around July 2014, the Defendant knew of the fact that the victim D (V, 16 years of age) was introduced through the above C and that C and D were engaged in sexual traffic by using mobile phone Ep, and that he was to recruit the other party to sexual traffic, and to receive KRW 50,000 per time from C and D.
1. On September 4, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around September 4, 2014, the Defendant sought another male H only on the conditions through smartphone-type display displays, and (b) had the victim D have the sexual intercourse with H, and (c) received KRW 50,00 from the said victim.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the act of buying sex of juveniles.
2. On September 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around September 6, 2014, sought K, male, and had the victim C have sexual intercourse with K only under the conditions of J-free Telephone located in Gwangju Northern-gu I; and (b) received KRW 50,00 from the said victims.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the act of buying sex of juveniles.
3. Around September 4, 2014, the Defendant driving a car without a driver’s license on the part of the Defendant, on the roads front of the Gelel located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju, and on September 6, 2014, on the roads front Jfree Telecom, located in Gwangju Northern-gu I, Gwangju, without a driver’s license.
