1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex sheet;

Reasons
1. On March 20, 2014, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 5,000,000 for lease deposit, KRW 300,00 for monthly rent, and KRW 2 years for the period. However, on the grounds that the contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, the Plaintiff sought a payment of rent for delay and delivery of the building (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
