With respect to the foregoing case, “B” as stated in the fourth first sentence among the reasons for the ruling rendered on May 18, 2018.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25(1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
