A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
One copy of a seized driver's license (No. 1) shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, such as forging a private document related to the fabrication of driver’s license, had a mind to forge C’s license with a view to deceiving his age and status and driving his driver’s license C.
On May 24, 2010, the Defendant forged private documents, stating the name C, resident registration number D, address No. 803, and the applicant C on May 24, 2010, the Defendant signed C in his/her name, using an official approval color pen to the paper for the application for the loss or re-delivery of the driver’s license, which is kept in the place of the car at the Incheon Metropolitan City port, on which he/she applied for the issuance of the driver’s license.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of application for the loss or re-issuance of a driver's license under C, which is a private document on rights and duties.
B. When the Defendant applied for the re-issuance of a driver’s license with respect to C at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant exercised the aforementioned search document as if the application form for the loss of a forged driver’s license was a document duly formed.
C. The Defendant forged an official document at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1 as above, attached the Defendant’s photograph to the application for the delivery of the forged driver’s license and delivered it to the employee of the driver’s license test site, and then received a driver’s license for a motorcycle in the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency in relation to C on which
Accordingly, the defendant forged a driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, which is an official document.
2. On May 2010, the Defendant, such as fabrication of private documents related to false resident registration, filed a false application for the resident registration of C in order to purchase vehicles in the name of C and received a certificate of the personal seal impression with respect to C.
