1. Crimes on November 7, 2014

A. On November 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the 6th day of the same month at the D Hallpo Office located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) expressed in the name column of the letter of agreement on the loan of the goods leased at the E store located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) expressed in the name column of the F, the “G” in the resident registration number column, the “G” in the “Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu,” the “G,” the “G” in the address column, and the “G” in the loan amount column; and (d) written the “F” in the column of major notice; and (e) written in the column of the debtor’s name “F” and signed in the name column; and (e) written in the name column of the debtor.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an agreement on the loan of goods in F, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 2.5 million from the J, the owner of the pawned Center, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1; and (b) granted the said forged agreement to J as if the said agreement was duly concluded, and exercised the said agreement.

C. On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1(a), and at the place of the victim J on the 6th day of the same month, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim J, as follows: “The Defendant presented glars and sirens, etc. borrowed from the E rental store located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, and borrowed KRW 2.5 million per annum to offer internal-owned fingers and sirens as security.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 2.5 million won from the new bank F account (Account Number K) in the same day from the victim, as the borrowed money.
