1. The Defendant’s KRW 423,709,131 and KRW 118,233,639 among the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 118,233,639, respectively, shall be from March 13, 2015 to August 26, 2015.
Reasons
1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;
2. Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended, and its interest rate was changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant in excess of the legal rate is dismissed.
3. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
