Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on “justifiable cause” in the crime of violating the Establishment of homeland

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
