1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 12, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on November 2016, lent KRW 50,000,00 to the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the money set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article.

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
