1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 182,00,000 as well as 15% per annum from October 19, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 12, 2018, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent to the Defendant KRW 90,000,000,000, in cash (checks) and KRW 130,000,000, which was borrowed from DK around January 12, 2018, to the Defendant as a fund for the operation of the roller Game Game room. The Defendant paid KRW 38,00,000,000, and the remainder did not pay in spite of the Plaintiff’s demand.
