1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,989,200 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 24, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. In addition to replacing the plaintiff to the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant, the indication of the grounds for the claim is as shown in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s allegations under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the Defendant was served with the original payment order, submitted a written objection, did not submit any subsequent reply, and did not appear at the date of pleading
