1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 4, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an administrative appeal against the Defendant for revocation of the said disposition with the Central Land Expropriation Committee on August 2, 2018 (hereinafter “instant site”) on the “D business (hereinafter “instant project”) for the purpose of creating accommodation facilities due to the holding of C, and completed the relevant business on January 3, 2018. B. The Defendant issued a written statement of calculation of development costs from the Plaintiff on May 30, 2018, following the procedures for receipt of the written statement of calculation of development costs from the Plaintiff and the procedures for a request for review prior to notification, and issued a notice of payment. (c) The Plaintiff filed an administrative appeal against the Plaintiff for revocation of the said disposition, and the Central Land Expropriation Committee filed an administrative appeal on March 14, 2019 with the Central Land Expropriation Committee to determine the additional construction costs confirmed as the additional construction costs.
For the reason that ‘the development charges against the plaintiff were to be re-calculated by reflecting the design cost for which the actual disbursement was confirmed in the development costs. D.
According to the above ruling, on April 10, 2019, the defendant, on April 10, 2019, is "the development charges of this case for the plaintiff 177,882,710 won or less".
