Punishment of the crime
On June 14, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Western District Court to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence on October 27, 2012.

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). A. The Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-related Melopon.
(1) On August 15, 2013, the Defendant offered that C would sell 9.1g of philophones and offer KRW 3 million to C around August 2013, 2013, and C accepted it.
Accordingly, at around 18:00 on August 15, 2013, the Defendant received 9.1g of philopon from C on the side of the Defendant’s operation on the bridge in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Goyang-si, and around August 16, 2013, the Defendant issued 1.2 million won to the agricultural cooperatives in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, and transferred KRW 500,00 to C’s deposit account in the name of the National Bank of Korea on August 20, 2013, and around the same day, issued KRW 2.1g of 2.1g of 3 times in total to C, such as 40,000 won, from the front of the F hotel street in Seo-gu, Seoul around the same day.

(2) On December 14, 2013, the Defendant, along with G and H, intended to purchase the penphone.
Accordingly, at around 22:00 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant received 1.2 million won as the price for the purchase and sale of opon from K hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, G and H, and 1.2 million won from K as the price for the purchase and sale of opon, and received five grams of opon from K.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with G and H.
(3) On December 14, 2013, the Defendant, along with H, intended to purchase the penphones through G.
Accordingly, the defendant around 22:30 on December 14, 2013, at the top of his hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and the amount of KRW 1.5 million along with H.
