Reasons
For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that each of the facts charged in this case constitutes a final judgment and sentenced to acquittal.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the determination of the number of crimes and res judicata of a final and conclusive judgment.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
