1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: the testimony of witness G in the fourth page 14 of the judgment of the court of first instance is the testimony of witness G in the first instance, and the defendant in the fifth page 9 is the same as the statement of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the defendant in the fifth page 9 is the non-party company or Ga, respectively. Thus, it is accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
