A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a student of C University in the original city B.
1. Around 16:00 on May 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (entry of Multitude Space for Sexual Purpose) entered the above toilets No. 3 of the said toilets with his/her cell phone device in order to photograph women’s body from the fourth female toilets of the said University DD building.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);
A. On May 17, 2018, at around 16:20 on May 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the toilet with the victim E (Inn, 19 years of age) showing a meltion; and (b) recorded the mobile phone equipment (F) of the Defendant into the toilet, and taken a photograph of the victim’s meltion.
B. At around 15:50 on May 17, 2018, the Defendant, from the third floor of the above university D D D building, set up a cell phone siren to the next end to the lower end, and taken the leg of the victim on his name in front of the object (on the face of the examination short) and the stoke the stoves of the Defendant’s cellular phone.
C. At around 15:50 on May 17, 2018, the Defendant, on the third floor of the building D of the above university, taken a cell phone of the Defendant’s cell phone on the bridge of the victim who was dissatisfying the things. D.
On May 17, 2018, at around 15:50, the Defendant taken the 3rd floor of the building D of the above university, and the bridge and spaths of female students, who were on the name unexplodedd with stairs from the 3th to the 4th floor, from the Defendant’s cellular phone.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against their will.
