Defendant A, while electric breaker inside the convenience store, was cut off with a total amount of KRW 2 million in cash owned by the victim and KRW 2 million.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

1. Defendant A, at around 17:00 on July 30, 2016, attempted to steal the cash stored in a safe safe kept in the Kabter by intrusioning the victim K (49 tax, n, n) at the first floor J level of the I University at the Government-si of Gyeonggi-si, and Habing into a safe kept in the Kabter. However, Defendant A attempted to commit a theft of cash without having to open the safe.
