Nevertheless, around 13:44 on January 17, 2017, the Defendant parked the C-wing vehicle in the name of the Defendant’s wife B in the vicinity of his department store distance, and called “DD” in front of the above vehicle for the purpose of avoiding the crackdown on illegal spirits while parking the vehicle in the name of the Defendant’s wife B in the vicinity of his department store distance.

As a result, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by breaking a registration number plate or making it illegible.
