1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 as well as 15% per annum from May 15, 2015 to the date of full payment.
According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and the whole arguments, the plaintiff lent KRW 45 million to defendant Eul through his wife on Nov. 11, 2005, and defendant Eul, the defendant Eul, the defendant Eul's wife, jointly and severally guaranteed the above debt to the plaintiff. Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above 45 million won and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 15, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
