① On January 5, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on June 23, 2006, three months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same offense, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on April 12, 2013, two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same offense, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 12, 2013, and three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same offense, etc. on September 18, 2015, and five months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Jeonju District Court on July 29, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 14, 2019.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and intrusion on structures;

A. On February 6, 2019, from around 20:00 to around 04:00 of the following day, the Defendant: (a) opened a window and intrudes into the guard room managed by the victim D in the vicinity of the B apartment Cdong in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; (b) opened the window to put it into the portrait; and (c) opened the window to put the 92,000 won in the portrait; (d) one resident registration certificate; (e) one driver’s license; (e) one copy of the E Bank’s credit card; and (e) one copy of the medical card; and (e) stolen the property owned by the victims at night five times in total, as indicated in attached Table 1, from that time until February 22, 2019.

B. At around 10:55 on February 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and attempted theft in the “G” letter located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, “G”; (b) during the period between the Defendant and the Defendant, the Victim H Ha was able to take a bath; (c) opened a clothes 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim and one debit card owned by the victim; and (d) during the period between February 20, 2019 and February 20, the Defendant stolen or attempted the property owned by the victims four times in total, as shown in Appendix 2.
