1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 28,40,000 and KRW 20,00,000 among them, from October 9, 2014 to the day of full payment.
The Defendant borrowed KRW 20,00,000 from the Plaintiff on October 9, 2012 at interest rate of 24% per annum, and on October 8, 2013, there is no dispute between the parties.
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest of KRW 20,00,000 and interest of KRW 8,400,00 for the period from January 9, 2013 to October 8, 2014 (=20,000,000 per month + 00,000 per month x 0.24 x 21 month) plus 28,40,000 of the total amount of KRW 20,000 and 20,000 of the amount of KRW 20,000 from October 9, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
