1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 28, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) On the date of the second pleading, the Plaintiff reduced the interest rate for delay from “20% per annum to “15% per annum” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
