A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At around 03:30 on July 25, 2015, the Defendants’ co-offendered the Defendants: “D” entertainment tavern in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; “A” reported by a person who was unable to have his/her name and lost a wall during flight; “A” reported to the police officer of the Seopo-gu Police Station E box assigned to him/her and the police officer of the Dongpo-gu Police Station, who was called out, and Defendant A posted his/her face without any justifiable reason. Defendant A saw that he/she saws the above reporter’s wall in his/her entertainment tavern, and she saw, “I saw any son, anywhere, I will do so, I will do so,” and she took the her desire to see that he/she would she would see the police officer’s she was aware of the assault of the above police officer at a distance of 100 meters from the place to his/her entertainment bar, and followed Defendant A’s her she by using his/ her her her her her her her own her own her her own her own her own.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

2. On July 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:35, and around 03:35, as indicated in paragraph (1) above, displayed at the entrance of the Defendant, according to the above police officers, at the victim J, one of the market prices of the victim J, which was displayed at the entrance of the said police officers, was walking back and damaged; and (b) the Defendant dupliced the said police officers with a view to getting out of the market price of the fire.
