Punishment of the crime
On February 12, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on February 12, 2009, and on July 18, 2013, the same court on July 18, 2013 and August 5, 2015; and on July 4, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed at a public prison on July 4, 2016; and on January 6, 2017, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court for the same year.

[Criminal facts]
1. On November 4, 2016, the Defendant found that around November 16, 2016, the Defendant:48 around the 16:48-ro Do-ro 3512, the Dog-ro Dog-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, sent back the back to the victim C, etc. on the elevator platform in the direction direction direction direction direction direction direction direction direction direction direction direction, and the victim’s rear side: (a) opened the victim’s bank gate; (b) opened the victim’s hand gate; and (c) laid down the wall gate owned by the victim with KRW 1,30,000 in cash.

On December 1, 2016, the Defendant found that, within the electric 2316-dong train from the subway 2 line subway station of the subway line of the preceding paragraph around December 17:10, 2016, the Defendant was carrying a bank with no corrective device in one shoulder, and the Defendant took off the wall owned by the victim with the driver’s license by inserting the hand in the back of the victim’s household room, with the driver’s license, two pages of the new bank passbook, cash, 70,000 won, and Onnuri gift certificates 20,000 won.
In other words, they stolen them.
On February 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on February 12, 2009; imprisonment for a crime of larceny in the same court on July 18, 2013; imprisonment for a crime of larceny in the Seoul Southern District Court on November 5, 2015; imprisonment for a crime of special larceny in the Seoul Southern District Court on July 4, 2016; the execution of the sentence was completed at a public prison on July 4, 2016; and the Seoul Southern District Court on January 6, 2017.
