All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons

The deceased D (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on October 3, 2019, and the deceased’s inheritor was the parent of the deceased. However, Defendant B was tried to waive inheritance on February 18, 2020 by Suwon Family Court No. 2019Mo51577, and Defendant C was tried to waive inheritance on February 18, 2020 by Suwon Family Court No. 2019Mo2417, and Defendant C was tried to waive inheritance. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim based on the premise that the deceased’s inheritor was the deceased’s inheritor is dismissed as the grounds for rejection.
