1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From February 1, 2016, the delivery of the above building.
Reasons
1. Claim for removal of interference based on ownership against the defendant, whose owner without permission has occupied the building indicated in the attached list, claiming the delivery of the above building and return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
