1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 29, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 24, 2006, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Defendant the amount of KRW 150,000,000,000 to October 30, 2007, and a notary public of KRW 150,000,000 at par value from the Defendant received a promissory note No. 362 in 2006, which was a law firm questioning. Since the Defendant did not pay the above amount up to now, the Plaintiff is obliged to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment.
