On July 16, 2015, at around 23:45, the Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting three times the chests of the police officer, and two times the chests of the slope E, and obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties on dispatch of 112 reports, respectively, on the following grounds: (a) on July 16, 2015, the Defendant: (b) sought the head bond in front of the Daegu-gu apartment site B apartment; and (c) D and slope E wanting to refer to the seat of the Daegu Southern Police Station C district unit of the Daegu Southern Police Station that moved at the site upon the report of 112 reports.
