The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around March 4, 2020, the Defendant, as the hotel in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul on March 23:30, 2020, committed assault on the victim's face, shoulder, etc. with the victim's face and shoulder, while drinking with the victim's D (mae and 31 years of age).
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. Since a written agreement containing the victim's intent not to punish the defendant was submitted to this court on September 3, 2020, it is subject to a judgment dismissing the prosecution in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
